Im turning 15 next month. I suffer from both anxiety and depression (as well as ptsd and an eating disorder) and have attempted many times to end my life. At night there is so much going through my mind that i cant handle it and harm myself. I was meant to get medication to help, but no one ever gave it to me and it seemed everyone just forgot. Every night i struggle to fall asleep as all my thoughts scream at me. Then i found this. This video helps me fall asleep almost instantly and im so thankful i can finally get a good nights sleep now. Thank you so much for helping me.

My psychiatrist was so excited and eager to find out about these videos because so many of his patients included myself struggling and struggle with insomnia my struggle started with a car accident in 2006 and 418 years and a half. I’ve been bedbound and I just started walking 2026 and doing tai chi chair that helped so much and using the wellness mat that you can buy fantastic combination of all of these things. I definitely talked to God and my faith is returned to me in a huge way because of the chronic pain I live with every day and that I suffer and all the ailments that I’m suffering, but God is shown up in so many places for me during my journey through healing so thank you again for the construction of this site and I know I will learn a lot
