Clickbait headline. SpaceX just sent its 10th manned mission to the ISS with zero failures of the Dragon capsule. Another manned mission is scheduled for later this month or early August. The Starship prototype recently failed. To be expected. Look up some of NASA's launch pad failures from the 50s and 60s. You can find them on YouTube.

Since SpaceX is YouTube tabloid channels biggest click cash cow it is understandable why they want everything more dramatic than it actually is to the point of whipping up their own reality. But it's all pretty normal for a spacecraft system under development. Calm Down.

I am sorry, but I watched launch after launch fail, exploding on the pad, exploding during launch, not making it to orbit, not being in the right orbit… Get the concept? And, remember, these are prototypes as you said. Get over it!
