Counterweight is easier then brute force pulling. A sled of sandbags pulls down one side, while a sled with a block or rubble is lifted up the other. Think bucket brigade but with sand bags. Multiples of lift systems could operate at the same time.

Yeah I don't buy that guys just dragged it up a ramp, they were way cleverer than that, and we are still too stupid to realise how they did it. I do remember one guy displaying an impressive system to shift the blocks with minimal human effort, but it didn't really help understanding how they got them to the top. Just admit it historians, we DON'T KNOW! It's okay, it's much worse to say something with confidence when the story is so full of holes.

I’ve been to Giza and Masada. There’s no sign of massive ramps at Giza for any of the pyramids there which each built over millennia. At Masada you can still see remnants of the massive ramp the Romans built to haul their siege machines up.

The way the pyramids were built is so interesting because almost no Egyptian bothered to write down how it was done. Everyone just knew. Until everyone with that knowledge died...

Wouldn't surprise me if they made a ramp going around it then filled the ramp in as they came back down essentially turning it into the outside layer of the pyramid

So the Coral museum was built with ramps by one guy. Where did Egyptians get all the wood for these ramps and rollers? They're intentionally hiding the acoustic levatators. Either they're taught to lie or taught to be ignorant.

In order to complete the pyramid in the timeframe the Egyptologists have given, one of these blocks weight 2 tons or more, would need to be laid every 4.5 minutes, 24hrs a day. She says this would have been "difficult". Lady, that's the most impressive thing humans have ever done, ever. They would have to lay a block in less time than it takes to smoke a cigarette. Every 4 and half minutes for 22 years. No room for a single mistake.

They used boats to get the stones close to the pyramid, then sleds across the sand/mud, and ramps up the pyramid. People who scream aliens are just silly and and have way too much wishful thinking clouding their thinking.

I think it's more likely they had some kind of crane/pulley system that was dismantled after use. Would be a lot easier than building and demolishing a ramp

I don't think the ramp and wood sledge possible, with the astronomical weight, even with water to make it easier to slide, it will sunk and stuck in the ramp. To build the ramp that possible to carry that astronomical weight, it would be more massive feats than build the pyramids.

Honestly, sand is also a kind of lubricant.  They had tons of it.  I'm willing to bet, sand on the ramps made it much easier to pull.  Water would have just made mud.

This is ridiculous. Every historian claiming you can pull several tons of granite up any slope is an idiot. Try to push somebody in a wheelchair up a ramp to a shop, you will know how hard it is. When you scale it up, it’s not practical at all. Egyptologists should talk to engineers before they spew out this bs.
