I think it's because Trump has been saying a lot of bad things about her recently, that's why. They didn't wanna get banned so they gave her nothing which isn't fair either. Imo, Taylor was deserving of all the awards except Song of the year.

These are not fan voted awards anymore and they probably aren’t even looking at our votes because if they were Taylor would have easily won every category she was nominated in.

Edit: Producers do have the right to select the winners so they could have easily done that instead of looking at votes.
