I know that a lot of the awards at the the big awards shows are supposedly politically won if not bought, but the AMA's were supposed to be voted on by fans. I am suspicious though bc I myself tried repeatedly to vote in a couple of categories, but most of the time it didn't seem to go through. It was supposed to read "thank you" & show no more votes were left but mine kept resetting as if it never was entered EVERY DAY that I tried. Definitely sus.

Is the AMA ‘still’ relevant though? I did not even know it was on (well, I’m Aussie, so that may explain some of it) until your video came up on my feed! Like every other old media institution out there, the AMA, is irrelevant for most people. If BL and RR are using extortion and blackmail which seems to be the case with Justin and Taylor, then they have much more power in Hollywood than just money and connections. I don't understand why WME won't drop them already. Ryan is not THAT big, he was a B list most of his life, just recently successful with Deadpool - but perfectly replaceable. I’m not even remotely a Swiftie. I’m not the right age nor am I the right mindset. Mostly if you asked me I’d say I’m not a fan for those reasons. However, I do recognize that TS is a phenomenon, a master for controlling her message and brand, a savvy businesswoman and in general a force in the music business. I am amazed at the hubris of WME to snub her in such a blatant manner. I am almost feeling sorry for TS, however I have to believe that TS will rise above and release the Reputations in her own time. She may have had a heads-up about the WME shenanigans and didn’t want the release to be overshadowed and now there is a lot of PR about it. I think this is another master tactic by TS. With Taylor giving Brian Freedman evidence that made him happy enough to drop his subpoena, aren't they worried Blake is in a no-win situation going to court for this? Let's say Blake and Ryan still double down and do depositions and go to court. If Freedman's mountain of evidence that Blake is a liar, an extortionist, and a bully on set as viewed from tons of video evidence taken during filming, how long will WME stay strong? Your onto something here. There is a reason why Taylor has made it in the toxic music industry relatively unharmed (e.g. Look at Justin Bieber who came into the spot light around the same time and age as her and lost all his money to Scooter Braun!)
