On the AI collab: We did talk/pressure then/their company out of a similarly dumbsh*t NFT proposed campaign several years ago. I'm sure the contract with Google is way tighter, but I hope they step out of it as much as they can. Because What. The. Actual. F*ck. And yes, a BUNCH of us are paying enough attention to be nauseated about Diplo existing in the BTS-creative-sphere ?. 'Hoping that the creative decisions they make in the future can be done at a slower pace (than they've worked under up until now) and with more back-checking/consideration for context.

True love is when we can hold the loved ones accountable and correct them if they are doing something wrong. I've been a fan before BTS became famous in the west. BTS have been in the game for years now, they themselves have women relatives and a majority women fanbase. Music is music, but when you voluntarily post about a figure who is controversial and has been in multiple scandals about abusing women, idk man, maybe you should think twice before posting or going to their concert. When Army makes a mistake, BTS have always come forward and corrected us, we should be able to do the same. I love BTS, they have been my role models for a very long time. You can love someone from the bottom of your heart and still correct them if they do something wrong. that doesn't mean we are getting a "cleanse" as people are saying online, that's a bit of a extreme statement. I am not leaving the fandom, but that also doesn't mean I blindly support everything they do either. I hope they take this opportunity to think of this as feedback and learn from this rather than seeing this as another unnecessary backlash online.

How are you gonna show yourself as feminist who reads feminist books and all that, but then attend a concert of someone who is well known to be a woman beater? if they know who Rihanna and Chris Brown are, they know what has happened in their past as well. They have come to US enough times to understand the controversies Chris Brown has been in. I still love BTS, but at the same time, I should be able to criticize them. In my opinion, it's more toxic when you blindly support everything a person does than point out the mistakes and hold them accountable.

Ads for McDonald's, coca cola, so many many many more. I understood, this is kpop and their marketing, most of the content created is ads, not music or dance it's constant ADS. It's an industry run to profit off of young women. Hold them accountable of you love them is all I have to say

Part of it makes me ashamed but well ?‍♀ it's either don't take dance classes from coaches I really like or go with the flow. It sucks but as long as bigger, more powerful people don't cancel him and call him out, he's going to have people listening to his music.
